A restaurant that fuses the bold flavors of traditional Roman dishes with the richness of broader Italian cuisine—adding a touch of originality.

My collaboration with Simo.Restaurant, in Stradella (Pavia, Italy), began in late 2018 with a photo shoot and a video created for the launch of their new menu. The work continued with a new photo session and a dedicated video focused entirely on the restaurant’s pizza offerings (see video project).

I particularly enjoyed working on this project because I found in the client a taste that aligned with what I wanted to explore at the time.
I focused on high-contrast images with bold chromatic impact, working against a deep black background to make the colors’ saturation stand out.
